IRON includes AI-based features (e.g., habit insights, reflection prompts). All AI processing is designed for personalization only and does not use your data to train public AI models. Your reflections and habits remain private to your account unless you choose to share them.

We retain your information only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and activity history will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable time.

IRON is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
