You may post, upload, or share text, images, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it to IRON, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, display, and distribute it for operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
IRON includes features such as Respect points, Levels, and Arena posts. You agree to engage respectfully with others and not manipulate or misuse these systems (e.g., through spam, fake accounts, or harassment). We reserve the right to moderate or remove accounts or content at our discretion.
Some features may require a paid subscription. All fees are displayed at the point of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the app store’s procedures.
All trademarks, logos, designs, and other intellectual property associated with IRON are owned by Shields Marketing Group LLC. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms the community. You may stop using IRON at any time by deleting your account.
IRON is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in North Carolina.
